Saying that the ASUS co-manufactured Google Nexus 7 is a tablet that is doing well in the market is a complete understatement as this 7-inch flagship is literally flying off the shelves. So what does a brand do to make even better that which it already has been doing? Nothing but offer a variant loaded with 3G capabilities of course. This is what Google and ASUS are apparently doing if a post by MoDaCo author Paul O’Brian is anything to go by.According to the post O’Brian states, “I love my Nexus 7, but I really wish there was a 3G version. Well, according to our very well placed insider - my wish is about to be answered! There's not a huge amount to say... a 3G version of the Nexus 7 is coming, with no other hardware changes. Asus is currently ramping production in preparation for launch in around 6 weeks, with the exact launch date and territories still to be confirmed.”
