Far Cry 3 Minecraft map now available for download

Just a month before the release of Far Cry 3, Ubisoft has released the entire map of the game redesigned for popular sandbox indie game Minecraft. The map comes with new weapons and modifications that let you experience a very blocky version of Far Cry 3, along with the ability to build and destroy things on the map. The map pack also comes with all the important characters from the game as NPCs (non player characters), such as Vaas, Jason and Citra. According to Ubisoft, the map also features more than 50 easter eggs hidden throughout the islands.The creator of the map is Michael Lambert (Scar3, creator of Newcraft City), a well known Minecraft enthusiast, and artist Axel Janssen and Yohann Delcourt who were responsible for the retexturing of many of the blocks that went into the making of the map.
