News has it that the Twitter v3.1 application (official version number 3.1.0.20) has now officially arrived to BlackBerry App World. Twitter for BlackBerry features a new interface that allows users to view retweets and conversations around a tweet. Also, users can easily undo retweets by just clicking again on the retweet button. Other additions include an updated Twitter branding, as also an improved sign-up screen. The latest version of Twitter can used by those with BlackBerry Device Software 5.0 or later, while Twitter 2.0 is available for BlackBerry Device Software 4.6 or later. Twitter v1.1 is available for BlackBerry Device Software 4.5. The latest update promises users a richer experience of tweeting. It also supports right-to-left languages such as Arabic and Hebrew. Further, if users expand a tweet to view details, they can see images from pic.twitter.com in full resolution and RIM maps for geolocated tweets.
