It was rumored a week ago that the Samsung Galaxy S I9000 would get a Value Pack update, instead of Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich. This clearly explains that according to Samsung, the phone’s hardware isn’t quite capable of doing complete justice to ICS and hence it wouldn’t deliver satisfactory user experience.
