While Gambhir was previously the CEO of wearables company Boat, Aluwi is co-founder and former CEO at Indonesia-based Gojek.
Gambhir, in his new role as Chairman, will continue to guide the leadership team on matters of strategy, organisational development and culture and future growth roadmap.

Gambhir has cited "personal reasons" for his resignation. He will step down from the position on June 30 and will continue to be on the company's board as a whole-time director until September 30, 2020.
