Bharti's remarks came on the 26th anniversary of the Babri mosque's demolition in Ayodhya by Hindutva activists in 1992.
The senior BJP leader's announcement came days after her cabinet colleague Sushma Swaraj said she won't contest the next LS polls.
Uma Bharti said, "Now, I will not keep patient over the issue of Ram temple. We want construction of the Ram Mandir in Ayodhya at the earliest".
The government would implement across the country the Uttarkashi model of creating employment through a drinking water and a waste management project, Union minister Uma Bharti said.

The Uttar Pradesh government is making efforts to shift the tanneries located in Kanpur to other places," said Bharti, minister for water resources, river development & Ganga rejuvenation, who was here to participate in Ganga Dashera celebrations.
Bail was also granted to BJP leader Vinay Katiyar, VHP's Vishnu Hari Dalmia and one-time Hindutva firebrand Sadhvi Ritambara, who also presented themselves before the court today.
BJP’s Vinay Katiyar, Vishnu Hari Dalmia and Sadhvi Ritambara have also been asked by Special CBI judge SK Yadav to be present before the court.

On Thursday, the court asked Advani, Uma Bharti, Vinay Katiyar and others to appear before it. The court is likely to frame charges against the accused on Friday.
The court postponed today's hearing as Satish Pradhan, one of the six accused, did not appear before it.

The Supreme Court today is expected to give its verdict on a case of criminally conspiring to demolish Babri Masjid against senior Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leaders, including Lal Krishna Advani, Murli Manohar Joshi and Uma Bharti on whether they will stand trial for the case.
"They have a very strange attitude. They don't attend meetings (on Ganga). I am going to write to Banerjee to send officials for the meetings," Minister of Water Resources Bharti told reporters here.
