The United Progressive Alliance's (UPA) to have another cabinet reshuffle; possibly the last one before the 2014 elections, shows clear signs of fatigue in the UPA-II regime.
Monday's cabinet rejig is being viewd as a reshuffle which has not been driven by any big idea , but just the necessity to accommodate a few individuals ahead of elections. Also that the Congress party has now realised its future lies in the party organisation and not in the government.
The United Progressive Alliance (UPA) inducted 85-year-old Sis Ram Ola in its cabinet as the Labour and Employment Minister while Mallikarjun Kharge was the new Railways minister.
