Parenteral Drugs (India) dropped nearly 18 percent from day's high on Friday after the company sold its subsidiary's Goa unit to Fresenius Kabi.
Parenteral Drugs (India) sold their IV Fluid manufacturing unit at Goa to Fersenius Kabi India (P) Limited for Rs 200 crore.
As a part of surveillance measures, the Bombay Stock Exchange is going to transfer 81 scrips for settlement on a trade-to-trade basis. Some of them are 3i Infotech, Marksans Pharma, Moser Baer, Parenteral Drugs and Piramal Life Sciences.
