Savitri Jindal, who took over her husband’s steel and power conglomerate after his sudden death in 2005, saw her fortune rise by $12 billion in just the last two years.
The firm, part of the O P Jindal Group, had clocked a net profit of Rs 72.65 crore in the year-ago period, it said in a BSE filing.
Its total standalone income, however fell by 13 percent to Rs 1,807.30 crore in January-March quarter of last fiscal from Rs 2,084.02 crore during the same quarter of 2014-15.
In a BSE filing, the firm said its Board in a meeting today approved the constitution of a Reorganisation Committee to "explore and evaluate various options for restructuring of the company and its direct and indirect wholly owned subsidiaries".

Jindal Saw, a flagship company of OP Jindal Group, has reported a net profit of Rs 125 crore in third quarter of FY11 as against Rs 168 crore in same quarter of FY10. Net sales too slipped to Rs 1,063 crore from Rs 1,371 crore during same period.
