      In an interview with CNBC-TV18, state finance minister Jayant Sinha said a committee headed by Justice AP Shah will evaluate whether past rulings on a matter could be interpreted more ‘tightly‘, expedite the judicial process or explore whether policy interventions are possible in order to break a tax logjam that has made headlines of late.
