    • Fresh chargesheets to be filed by mid-Dec on 2G: HP Ranina

      The Trial Court, hearing the 2G scam case, has charged all the 17 accused with a criminal breach of trust. Corporate tax lawyer HP Ranina indicated that the markets are unlikely to be affected by framing of charges on the 2G case. He also pointed out that fresh charge-sheets are expected in next few weeks and few will be filed by mid-December.
