      Total income from operations rose to Rs 753.39 crore in the fourth quarter of last fiscal from Rs 544.57 crore in the year-ago period.

      Speaking to CNBC-TV18, Gaurav Goel, managing director, Dhampur Sugars, said that the average price for the sugar segment in this quarter is about Rs 29 per kilogram and world market prices will not have too much of an impact on the company profit in the coming two quarters.

    • Expect to produce 35 lakh tonne sugar this year: Dhampur

      Gaurav Goel, Managing Director of Dhampur Sugars, in an exclusive interview with CNBC-TV18, says that he expects to manufacture 35 lakh tonne sugar for full year. He sees the sugar prices to be stable and to cost around Rs 25.4 per kg. Goel also expects the coming quarter to be positive.
