An official stated on Tuesday that the administration is working to identify those who were part in the violent protests against the Agnipath military recruitment plan and will seek compensation from them for damages to public property.
The BJP said on Monday that the three services' joint news conference on the matter has left no room for doubt, and urged the youth to take advantage of the "excellent chance" to join the armed forces. The Agnipath initiative is facing opposition.
