Aadhaar-based authentication in June lowest in one year

An authentication is recorded when a citizen submits his Aadhaar number or biometric data for availing a government service, or for linking to an existing service such as a banking for customer authentication.
Aadhaar-linked smart cards for employees to enter airport: BCAS

The Bureau of Civil Aviation Security (BCAS) is looking to roll out Aadhaar linked smart cards for all employees to enter airport premises. It was found that employees were using expired passes to enter airports, which is leading to threat to the security system already in place.
