The suspension of 11 MPs from the Opposition ranks has been revoked by Vice President and Rajya Sabha Chairman Jagdeep Dhankar, reports said on January 30.
The decision comes a day before the Special address by President Droupadi Murmu in the House, which will mark the start of the Budget Session of the Parliament.
The Interim Budget, which entails a vote-on-account, will be presented by Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman on February 1.
Notably, a total of 146 MPs, those belonging to Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha combined, were suspended from the Parliament in the Winter Session after they were charged with obstructing the functioning of the House.
