    UPA upbeat on belief that worst of slump is over: Experts

    Reacting to the UPA releasing a report-card of its four years at the Centre, Manini Chatterjee of the Telegraph and Aditi Phadnis of the Business Standard say that the goverment is upbeat that the worst of the economic slump is over and is confident of completing its term.
