The National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 that was approved by PM Narendra Modi-led Union Cabinet on July 29 aims to change the way students are taught in schools and colleges. Not only does the new policy allow more flexibility in choosing subjects but also gives students far more freedom in entry/exit in programmes.
