Patna Election Officer on Friday wrote to RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav and asked him to submit his EPIC displayed by him during a press conference.
"It seems that the EPIC displayed by you during a press conference is fake. Making and using false government documents is a legal offence. You are requested to submit the seemingly false EPIC at our office by 5 pm on 16th August," the issued notice said.

The RJD leader on Thursday took on the Election Commission seeking accountability from the poll body over the issuance of two Electors Photo Identity Card (EPIC) numbers to him.
"I have not received any notice from the Election Commission, but from the Patna Registration Department, and I will give a good answer to it. If two EPIC numbers were issued, who is at fault? And they ask for an explanation from me..." he said.
This comes amid the ongoing row over Bihar’s Special Intensive Revision (SIR) exercise and opposition's protest in Parliament
