A 51-year-old woman from Brazil traveled to Bhind in Chhattisgarh to be with a 30-year-old man. Rosie Naid Shikera met Pawan Goyal, a security guard, during a visit to Kutch last year. Their friendship turned into a romantic relationship despite their age difference and language barriers.

Communicating through social media, Rosie and Pawan discovered that their love transcended linguistic differences, bringing them closer together. Rosie decided to leave her life in Brazil, including her husband and son, to pursue her feelings for Pawan. She arrived in India to start a new life with him.

Now living with Pawan’s family in Delhi, Rosie has announced their intention to marry. The couple shared their wedding invitation with the local District Collector. Rosie plans to settle in India permanently after their wedding.
