Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday took a veiled dig at Congress MP and leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi during his reply to the Motion of Thanks to the President's address at the onset of the Budget Session of Parliament.
In his address in the Lok Sabha, PM Modi said that "those who take photos in huts" are bound to find the mention of the poor "boring".

A day ago, Gandhi had said during the debate that he struggled to sit through the President's address to the joint sitting of Parliament since it had the same elements that had been repeated by this government time and again.
Gandhi had also said that India was lagging behind China in the field of Artificial Intelligence. Responding to Gandhi, PM Modi further said that India would soon become the gaming capital of the world.
"Some people find AI an amusing term. But for me, AI stands for two things—Artificial Intelligence and Aspirational India," he said.
The Prime Minister also said in his address that leaders who faced constant defeat have lost their mental balance.
The Prime Minister also listed the measures taken by his government for the upliftment of the poor, Dalits, SCs and STs.
"Till now the poor have been given 4 crore houses...Those who have lived difficult lives only understand that what is the value of getting a house...The women in the past suffered a lot due to the lack of a toilet system...Those who have these facilities cannot understand "the problems of those who are suffering...We have given more than 12 crore toilets," he said.
