Union Home Minister Amit Shah addressed the Lok Sabha on Tuesday.
Speaking during the debate on Operation Sindoor and discussion on the Pahalgam terror attack in the ongoing Monsoon Session, the Home Minister gave the crucial details of Operation Mahadev in the dense forests of Srinagar that saw the joint forces killing three terrorists.
In his fiery speech, Shah told the House that all three were ‘A-grade’ terrorists from Pakistan. He also said that Operation Mahadev was launched on May 22.
In fact, he said that the manhunt had begun from the day of the terror attack itself. Shah said that during the extended period of surveillance, the forces were trying to pick signals from the upper reaches of Kashmir’s mountain range.
