Karnataka's Nandini is now partnering with hospital chains and tech parks to expand its product reach.
"We will soon sign an agreement with Cloudnine Hospitals, which has around 40 centres across 13 cities in India. We will sell sweets, Goodlife toned milk, butter, cookies, chocolates, ice cream, milk powder, and namkeens at their maternity hospitals," KMF managing director MK Jagadish told Moneycontrol.
He said that they are open to tie-ups with restaurant chains, tech parks, and other businesses. "We already have two outlets in International Tech Park, Whitefield and one at Manyata Tech Park, Nagawara. We are looking for more partnerships. It's a win-win situation for all, as our products are known for quality." said Jagadish.

He said that they will soon collaborate with Healthkart to sell whey protein concentrate. "We will be the co-packer, but it will not be under the Nandini brand."
Nandini, which has recently entered Delhi’s fresh dairy market, claims that unfair competition from rivals is working against them. "But we have decided to go aggressive and tackle Delhi's milk market with a 'buy one get one free' offer through quick-commerce platforms."
He claimed that competitors are worried: "If people get used to Nandini milk, they won’t try other brands. In fact, we are selling cow milk at Rs 2 less than our competitors."

Jagadish said that Nandini has now emerged as a global brand. "Nandini Café Moo outlet in Dubai is very popular, and our ice creams are much sought after. We are planning to add one more outlet in Dubai and expand into Saudi Arabia and Qatar. We will also participate in Gulfood 2025 in Dubai."
He said they will launch idli-dosa batter, available in 900g and 450g packages in a couple of days. "We are planning to sell it for Rs 5 cheaper than the main competitor in the idli-dosa batter market."
To address complaints about poor supply, Jagadish said Nandini is strengthening its distribution network across Bengaluru. "We have divided the city into 48 distribution zones and are working to improve the supply. We have already taken action against distributors for failing to provide supplies on time."
