AAP released its campaign song on Tuesday

Ahead of the announcement of polling date in Delhi, the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) launched its campaign song titled ‘Phir layenge Kejriwal’. The song was released in the presence of AAP chief Arvind Kejriwal, chief minister Atishi, and several other senior party leaders including Manish Sisodia.

AAP MP Sanjay Singh said, “This song will be a hit. Our slogan was 'Phir laayenge Kejriwal' and this song also conveys the same. This song will reach every house and people will make Arvind Kejriwal win with a huge majority.”

The schedule of the Delhi Assembly election will be announced by the Election Commission (EC) today. AAP has already announced candidates for all 70 constituencies as it bids to return to office for a third consecutive term.

Kejriwal, after releasing the song, said, "We celebrate our elections like festivals, and people wait for our song; now it's out, and people can dance to it." Taking a dig at the BJP, he added, "I know even BJP leaders will like our song; even they can dance to our song in their rooms."

"Phir Layenge Kejriwal" -- the 3:29-minute song -- highlights AAP's achievements during its tenure in office and aims to strike a chord with voters, emphasising continuity in governance.
