Operation Sindoor is new policy on terror: PM Modi's top 10 quotes

Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed the nation for the first time after  Operation Sindoor on Monday. In a hard-hitting speech, PM Modi laid down a new gauntlet on terror,  India's response to Pakistan and to the global community.   Here are the top 10 quotes from PM Modi's address:

1. PM Modi said any talks on Pakistan, if ever, can only be held on terror or on the return of Pakistan-Occupied Kashmir. A day after US President Donald Trump proposed possible talks between India and Pakistan, mediated by US, Modi seemed to rebuff any such mediation, saying, "terror and talks can't go together, terror and trade can't go together, blood and water can't go together.'
2. 'No nuclear blackmail will be tolerated anymore,' said PM Modi. It was a clear message to those advocating for peace talks under the pressure of Pakistani nuclear brinksmanship.
