Sudarshan Sukhani of s2analytics.com told CNBC-TV18, "There are still buy ideas, it is not a sellers’ market, it is not a short sellers’ market. However, buying should be done with caution because market is going to give nothing. With that caveat Amara Raja Batteries is an outperformer, it has already gone through a mini bear market of its own. So, it is a relatively easy stock to buy for the intraday."

He further added, "Hexaware is a very impressive midcap IT stock keeps on rallying. That is a buying opportunity. IT is in any case bucking the trend today. Glenmark is a buy. The stock has been an outperformer among the pharmaceutical stocks and that outperformance continues."

"If you want to buy Federal Bank, then the decline is an opportunity to buy. I must also point out that there are many other stocks, banking stocks which are probably better opportunities, but independently, the decline is an opportunity to buy."

"One should be selling out Power Grid. It is doing nothing. It is in a trading range, it is chopping around, it can do that for month’s altogether. So just get out of it," he said.
