In Star Health and Allied Insurance, foreign investor Apis Growth 6 sold 1,00,00,000 shares which is equivalent to 1.7 percent stake at Rs 553.01 per share. Apis held a 4.32 percent stake in the company til December 2023. On the other hand, ICICI Prudential Life Insurance increased its stake in the company as it bought 30,00,000 shares at an average price of Rs 553. ICICI picked up a 0.51 percent stake through the deal and they previously had a 1.86 percent stake in the company.
Star Health and Allied Insurance stock fell 1.67 percent to Rs 552.15 in the session.
In Suven Pharmaceuticals, Abu Dhabi Investment Authority acquired a 0.61 percent stake or 15,74,000 shares at an average price of Rs 698.15. Amansa Holding Private offloaded 31,26,653 shares at Rs 689.19 per share. Amansa sold a 1.22 percent stake in the company. They held a 2.38 percent stake til December 2023.
Shares of Suven Pharmaceuticals surged 12.49 percent to Rs 708.
Investor Shankar Sharma picked up 1,48,800 shares or 0.59 percent stake at Rs 151.3 per share in MOS Utility Ltd. Shankar Sharma bought Rs 2.25 crore worth of equity shares in the SME fintech company which offers Unified Open API and Wallet platform.
MOS Utility stock surged 10 percent and hit the upper circuit at Rs 151.3.
In Delhivery, Chimetech Holdings sold 76,64,750 shares or 1.04 percent stake at an average price of Rs 470.01. Chimetech held a 1.31 percent equity stake in the company as of December 2023.
Shares of Delhivery fell 1.78 percent and closed at Rs 464.7.
