Compact Disc to delist soon; stock up 3.7%

Compact Disc touched an intraday high of Rs 54.90 and an intraday low of Rs 52.40. At 09:17 hrs the share was quoting at Rs 54.85, up Rs 1.95, or 3.69%.

The company board promoters are going to delist the company from the exchanges soon at Rs 75 per share and to settle dispute with HSBC, reports CNBC-TV18.
 
It was trading with volumes of 19,838 shares. In the previous trading session, the share closed down 7.92% or Rs 4.55 at Rs 52.90.
