IFCI ups stake to 41.5% in TFCI; stocks react

Tourism Finance Corp of India (TFCI) touched an intraday high of Rs 31.95 and an intraday low of Rs 29. At 11:23 hrs the share was quoting at Rs 29.75, up Rs 0.30, or 1.02%. IFCI has increased its stake in TFCI to 41.5% from 39.4%, reports CNBC-TV18.

Tourism Finance Corp of India (TFCI) touched an intraday high of Rs 31.95 and an intraday low of Rs 29. At 11:23 hrs the share was quoting at Rs 29.75, up Rs 0.30, or 1.02%.

IFCI has increased its stake in TFCI to 41.5% from 39.4%, reports CNBC-TV18.

It was trading with volumes of 113,568 shares, compared to its 5-day average of 36,021 shares, an increase of 215.28%.

In the previous trading session, the share closed down 1.83% or Rs 0.55 at Rs 29.45.

However, IFCI was quoting at Rs 30.75, down Rs 0.35, or 1.13%.
