FIIs buy Rs 2640cr in F&O on March 29

F&O cues

-Total Puts added 62 lakh shares while total Calls added 57 lakh shares in open interest on Thursday
-Nifty April 5000 Put added 15.5 lakh (37.5%) shares in open interest (OI); premium was up by 3%
-Nifty April 4900 Put added 14 lakh (88%) shares in OI and its premium was up by 4%
-Nifty April 5200 Call added 5.6 lakh (38.5%) shares in OI and its premium was down by 8%
-Nifty April 5300 Call added 4.2 lakh (23.5%) shares in OI and its premium was down by 13%
-Total Nifty Futures added 43 lakh shares in OI
-Stock Futures added 3.6 crore shares in OI
-Nifty PCR rose to 1.08 from 1.02
-Nifty April Futures were trading with 53.75 points premium on Thursday as against 52.4 points premium to spot
-India VIX closed at 24.33, down by 2.17%

FIIs have net bought Rs 2640 crore worth of equities in F&O yesterday, as per provisional data available on NSE.

FIIs have net sold Rs 540 crore in Index Futures while they have bought Rs 2491 crore in Index Options and Rs 681 crore in Stock Futures
