Zee Entertainment Enterprises board is meeting on April 4 to again consider a buyback, reports CNBC-TV18.
In the last buyback the company managed to buyback shares worth only Rs 232 crore versus Rs 700 crore.
Subhash Chandra promoted Zee Group is close to buying out Dainik Bhaskar, reports Business Standard.
Zee Entertainment Enterprises touched an intraday high of Rs 135.50 and an intraday low of Rs 128.10. At 09:22 hrs the share was quoting at Rs 129.00, up Rs 2.45, or 1.94%.
It was trading with volumes of 9,149 shares. In the previous trading session, the share closed down 0.82% or Rs 1.05 at Rs 126.55.
