Rei Agro goes ex-dividend

Rei Agro in its meeting held on May 30, 2012 has recommended a final dividend of 50 paise per equity share (i.e., 50%) of Re 1 each for the financial year ended March 31, 2012, subject to approval of the members of the Company in ensuing Annual General Meeting.

    Rei Agro in its meeting held on May 30, 2012 has recommended a final dividend of 50 paise per equity share (i.e., 50%) of Re 1 each for the financial year ended March 31, 2012, subject to approval of the members of the Company in ensuing Annual General Meeting.


    Also recommended dividend of Rs 4 each (i.e., 4%) on the preference shares having face value of Rs 100 each.


    At 09:33 hrs Rei Agro was quoting at Rs 9.85, down Rs 0.22, or 2.18%.  It has touched an intraday high of Rs 10.20 and an intraday low of Rs 9.80.
     
    It was trading with volumes of 62,797 shares. In the previous trading session, the share closed down 0.10% or Rs 0.01 at Rs 10.07.
