BOC India goes ex-dividend

BOC India board in their meeting held on February 09, 2012 has recommended a dividend of 15% (i.e. 1.50 per equity share) of Rs 10 each for the year ended December 31, 2011.

BOC India board in their meeting held on February 09, 2012 has recommended a dividend of 15% (i.e. 1.50 per equity share) of Rs 10 each for the year ended December 31, 2011.

The Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the company will remain closed from May 08, 2012 to May 17, 2012 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of payment of dividend.

BOC India touched an intraday high of Rs 453 and an intraday low of Rs 444. At 11:17 hrs the share was quoting at Rs 447, down Rs 3.40, or 0.75%.
 
It was trading with volumes of 1,439 shares. In the previous trading session, the share closed up 0.35% or Rs 1.55 at Rs 450.40.
