    Vakrangee Software board has approved bonus issue in 1:1 ratio and stock split in 10:1 ratio, reports CNBC-TV18.

    Vakrangee Software board has approved bonus issue in 1:1 ratio and stock split in 10:1 ratio, reports CNBC-TV18.

    Vakrangee Software touched an intraday high of Rs 577 and an intraday low of Rs 514.70. At 12:06 hrs the share was quoting at Rs 516.15, down Rs 35.85, or 6.49%.
     
    It was trading with volumes of 207,792 shares. In the previous trading session, the share closed down 0.20% or Rs 1.10 at Rs 552.

    The company touched its 52-week high Rs 588.05 and 52-week low Rs 291.00 on 22 Feb, 2012 and 15 Mar, 2011, respectively. Currently, it is trading -2.81% below its 52-week high and 96.39% above its 52-week low. Market capitalisation stands at Rs 1,430.12 crore.
