Moser Baer Solar, the unlisted company of Moser Baer, has entered CDR Cell. It is seeking Rs 739 crore to recast, reports The Economic Times.

Moser Baer (India) touched an intraday high of Rs 16.40 and an intraday low of Rs 15.60. At 09:23 hrs the share was quoting at Rs 15.65, up Rs 0.45, or 2.96%.
 
It was trading with volumes of 9,410 shares. In the previous trading session, the share closed down 1.29% or Rs 0.20 at Rs 15.25.

The company touched its 52-week high Rs 48.95 and 52-week low Rs 13.15 on 27 Apr, 2011 and 19 Dec, 2011, respectively.
 
Currently, it is trading -68.03% below its 52-week high and 19.01% above its 52-week low.
 
Market capitalisation stands at Rs 263.40 crore.
