    On May 23, 2013 Vakrangee Holdings Private Limited bought 25,40,000 shares of Vakrangee Software at Rs 73.80 on the BSE.

    In the previous trading session, the share closed at Rs 73.75, down Rs 0.20, or 0.27 percent. It has touched an intraday high of Rs 74.15 and an intraday low of Rs 73.60.

    The share touched its 52-week high Rs 78.70 and 52-week low Rs 30.60 on 22 April, 2013 and 25 May, 2012, respectively. Currently, it is trading 6.29 percent below its 52-week high and 141.01 percent above its 52-week low.
    Market capitalisation stands at Rs 3,705.93 crore.
