Nirvana Mall Management sells 50 lakh shares of Dhanus Tech

On November 27, 2012 Nirvana Mall Management Company Private Limited sold 12 shares of Dhanus Technologies at Rs 1.45 on the BSE and sold 5,000,000 shares at Rs 1.45 on the NSE.

However, Park Habitats Private Limited bought 12 shares at Rs 1.45 on the BSE and bought 5,000,000 shares at Rs 1.45 on the NSE.

In the previous trading session, the share closed at Rs 1.46, up Rs 0.06, or 4.29%. It has touched an intraday high of Rs 1.47 and an intraday low of Rs 1.40.

The share touched its 52-week high Rs 4.21 and 52-week low Rs 1.14 on 01 December, 2011 and 31 October, 2012, respectively.
 
Currently, it is trading 65.32% below its 52-week high and 28.07% above its 52-week low.
 
Market capitalisation stands at Rs 83.37 crore.
