Exit United Spirits, says Sanjay Dutt, Director, Quantum Securities.

Dutt told CNBC-TV18, "I would want to exit United Spirits at this point of time at least tactically in the short-term because most of the positive news flows are in there. I think the Diageo deal is an excellent deal, the company would do very well in the long-term having Diageo having controlling interest in the company. But in the short-term I think the positives are already in there."

He further added, "I also feel that in January they will not be able to execute the open offer because if you read the terms of the open offer document that’s available in public domain, so all of these conditions probably are steep to be able to execute within the next 4-6 weeks. That may get delayed, so I have a hunch that it may be a good time to exit the stock and come in later."
