Sukhani told CNBC-TV18, "ABG Shipyard has been in a trading range and breaking down. Stocks that are breaking down in an environment, which is broadly conducive to the bulls, we have to avoid those stocks. I don’t know if you want to short sell it but it is certainly a sell. If you own it then as a trader you might like to get out of it."
The company's trailing 12-month (TTM) EPS was at Rs 39.05 per share. (Mar, 2012). The stock's price-to-earnings (P/E) ratio was 9.59. The latest book value of the company is Rs 279.06 per share. At current value, the price-to-book value of the company was 1.34. The dividend yield of the company was 1.07%.
