    Orissa Minerals Development Company (OMDC) merges Bisra Stone Lime with itself. The company may also consider bonus issue, reports CNBC-TV18.


    Orissa Minerals touched an intraday high of Rs 42,500 and an intraday low of Rs 37,400. At 09:24 hrs the share was quoting at Rs 41,998.45, up Rs 5,621.45, or 15.45%.
     
    It was trading with volumes of 2,479 shares. In the previous trading session, the share closed up 20.00% or Rs 6,062.80 at Rs 36,377.


    The share touched its 52-week high Rs 56,700.00 and 52-week low Rs 25,550.00 on 27 Jul, 2011 and 04 Jun, 2012, respectively.
     
    Currently, it is trading -25.93% below its 52-week high and 64.38% above its 52-week low.
     
    Market capitalisation stands at Rs 2,519.91 crore.
