IT space may continue to outperform, says Prashastha Seth of IIFL Private Wealth.
Seth told CNBC-TV18, "I think in IT still have some headroom left in terms of selling off but I think that will happen only once and then markets kind of bottom out and show some signs of recovery. I think IT is a very strong defensive play right now and till the time Indian markets show the kind of uncertainty that is there, I think largecap IT would probably continue to outperform."
He further added, "Once those clouds move out from Indian markets, I think at that point IT might underperform, so that could be a good time to see some sell off in IT.
