On March 15, 2011 JOLLY TRADING & MERCHANDISE PRIVATE LIMITED sold 2,085,000 shares of JMD Telefilms Industries at Rs 15.25 and SURBHI INVESTMENTS & TRADING COMPANY PRIVATE sold 396,759 shares at Rs 15.28 on the BSE.

On March 15, 2011 JOLLY TRADING & MERCHANDISE PRIVATE LIMITED sold 2,085,000 shares of JMD Telefilms Industries at Rs 15.25 and SURBHI INVESTMENTS & TRADING COMPANY PRIVATE sold 396,759 shares at Rs 15.28 on the BSE.

However PRIME CAPITAL MARKET LIMITED bought 500,000 shares at Rs 15.25 and UNISYS SOFTWARES & HOLDING INDUSTRIES LTD bought 500,000 shares at Rs 15.25. Yesterday the share closed at Rs 15.25.

At 09:51 hrs the share was quoting at Rs 15.60, up Rs 0.35, or 2.30%.
