Actor Sanya Malhotra and her father Sunil Kumar Malhotra have bought a Rs 14.3-crore apartment in Mumbai’s Andheri West neighbourhood, documents accessed by Zapkey.com, which aggregates publicly available property registration data, show.

The apartment, located in the Bayview building on the Juhu Versova Link Road, was sold to the Pagglait actor by one Samir Bhojwani and the transfer deed was registered on October 14, 2021.

Malhotra, who starred in the box-office hit Dangal and Badhaai Ho, paid a stamp duty of Rs 71.5 lakh, documents show.

Bhojwani didn’t respond to Moneycontrol’s queries.

In 2020, actor Hrithik Roshan bought apartments spread across 38,000 sq ft with a 6,500 sq ft open-to-the-sky terrace for Rs 97.50 crore in the same building block. The family also has access to 10 parking slots in the building.

To buy the property, Hrithik carried out two registrations with Bhojwani. For the duplex, which is spread over 27,534.85 sq ft on the 15th and 16th floor of the building, the actor shelled out Rs 67.50 crore.

The Krrish actor spent Rs 30 crore for the other apartment, which is on the 14th floor and measures 11,165.82 sq ft. The actor paid a stamp duty of Rs 1.95 crore for registering the apartments.
