DLF gives sales guidance of Rs 20,000-Rs 22000 crore for FY26; to launch Dahlias phase 2 in Q3FY26

Delhi-NCR based listed real estate developer DLF Limited has given sales guidance of Rs 20,000-Rs 22,000 crore in the financial year 2025-26, senior executives of the company said.

The company executives said that DLF has a very strong launch pipeline for FY2025-2026 and it is expected to launch its new housing projects in Mumbai and Gurugram in the first quarter of FY26 while the second phase of its super-luxury offering The Dahlias in Q3FY26.

DLF, which is India’s largest listed real estate company, has recorded its highest ever sales booking of Rs 21,223 crore in FY25, with Rs 2,035 crore in Q4 FY25, a 39 percent YoY increase compared to Q4FY24. The consolidated sales booking in FY25 increased by 44 percent YoY compared to that of Rs 14,778 crore in FY24.

“We will continue to be broadly at this level that we achieved last (financial) year. We should be in the range of Rs 20,000 crore to Rs 22,000 crore this time. So right now our sales guidance is Rs 20,000-Rs 22,000 crore for FY26,” DLF Limited, Managing Director, Ashok Tyagi said in an analyst call on May 20.

The company said that there is good demand for luxury homes and it also has a good launch pipeline for the coming months and years as it plans to launch housing properties worth over Rs 17,000 crore the current fiscal year.

In its latest investors presentation on May 20, the realty major informed investors that the company has launched 7.5 million square feet area during the last financial year with an estimated revenue potential of Rs 40,600 crore.

New Launches

Aakash Ohri, Joint Managing Director and Chief Business Officer of DLF, said that the company has planned the launch of its Privana North in Gurugram and the Mumbai housing project in Q1FY26 while the second phase of its super-luxury offering The Dahlias will be launched around November-December 2025.

He said that the Goa project is expected to be launched in the second half of the financial year.

"So today, there is a sizeable demand for both the products which include Privana and Mumbai, from the micro-geographies, rest of the countries, as well as the NRIs. For Privana North, as soon as we have our paperwork done in terms of RERA and all, we will be in the market soon,” Ohri said in the analyst call.

On delay in Mumbai project, Tyagi said that the few weeks’ delay has nothing to do with RERA approval. “Because it (Mumbai project) is a slum rehabilitation society with multiple society rules so lot of those approvals have to be taken. It is just the multiplicity of small approval which has led to a delay but I think now we are looking good,” he said.

DLF has developed more than 185 real estate projects, covering an area of over 352 million square feet, since its inception.

DLF Ltd had on May 19 reported a 59 percent year-on-year (YoY) jump in its consolidated net profit at Rs 4,357 crore, the company said on May 19 while announcing results for the quarter ended March 31, 2025.
