Bafna Motors sells four-acre land parcel in Navi Mumbai for Rs 146 crore

Bafna Motors, a dealer of Tata commercial vehicles, has sold a leasehold land spread across four acres in Navi Mumbai to Greenscape Group for Rs 145.46 crore, documents accessed by CRE Matrix, a real estate data analytics firm showed.

The plot is located in the TTC Industrial Area in Shirvane village in Thane district.

The leasehold land has been sold to Greenscape IT Park LLP, the Agreement for Assignment document showed.

The buyer has paid a stamp duty of Rs 7.27 crore. The document was registered on August 28.

Emails have been sent to Bafna Motors and Greenscape Group.

The Bombay Dyeing and Manufacturing Company Limited (BDMC), on September 13, announced that its board of directors has approved a proposal to sell a land parcel of about 22 acres (along with the associated Floor Space Index, or FSI) in the Worli area of Mumbai to Goisu Realty Private Limited, a subsidiary of Sumitomo Realty & Development Company Limited of Japan, in two phases, for a total consideration of about Rs 5,200 crore.
