Investment by FIIs/NRI/PIOs under PIS - Removal from the Caution List : M/s Dena Bank

The Reserve Bank of India has today notified that the foreign share holdings in M/s Dena Bank by Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs)/Non Resident Indian (NRIs)/Persons of Indian Origin (PIOs) under the Portfolio Investment Scheme (PIS) have gone below the prescribed threshold limit stipulated under the extant FDI Policy. Hence, the restrictions placed on the purchase of shares of M/s Dena Bank are withdrawn with immediate effect.
