Religare Mutual Fund has launced Religare Fixed Maturity Plan - Series X - Plan E (371 Days), a close ended debt scheme. The tenure of the scheme is 18 Months from the date of allotment.
The investment objective of the scheme is generate income by investing in a portfolio of debt and money market instruments maturing on or before the date of maturity of the scheme.
The new fund offer (NFO) will open for subscription from November 18 and closes on November 25, 2011. The New Fund Offer (NFO) price for the scheme is Rs 10 per unit.
The scheme offers growth & dividend payout option.
The minimum investment amount is Rs 5000 and in multiples of Rs 10 thereafter.
The entry and exit load charge for the scheme will be nil. The scheme will be listed on the BSE.
The scheme would allocate up to 100% of assets in debt instruments including money market instruments. The scheme will not invest in securitized debt. The maximum gross derivative position will be restricted to 50% of the net assets of the scheme.
The benchmark Index for the scheme will be CRISIL Short Term Bond Fund Index.
The fund will be manage by Mr Nitish Sikand.
