HDFC Prudence Fund declares dividend

HDFC Prudence Fund has announced a dividend, for which the record date has been fixed as March 17, 2011.

HDFC Mutual Fund has declared a dividend of 35% ((Rs. 3.50 per unit on Face Value of Rs.10) under dividend option of HDFC Prudence Fund. The record date for dividend has been fixed as March 17, 2011.

All investors registered in the dividend plan of HDFC Prudence Fund as on March 17, 2011 will receive this dividend. The NAV of the scheme as on March 15, 2011 under the dividend option was Rs. 31.106. (Check out -Recent MF Dividends

HDFC Prudence Fund is a open-ended balanced scheme. The objective is to provide periodic returns and capital appreciation over a long period of time from a judicious mix of equity and debt instruments with an aim to prevent / minimize any capital erosion.
