Sudarshan Chemical Industries Limited has announced the reclassification of shareholding of certain members from the “Promoter/Promoter Group” category to the “Public” category, effective September 9, 2025. This decision follows the approval of an ordinary resolution passed via postal ballot on September 6, 2025, by the members of the company.
The reclassification has been implemented in the depository system and confirmed by MUFG Intime India Private Limited, the Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA) of the company. Consequently, the shareholding of the applicants now stands reclassified to “Public” category shareholders.
The updated shareholding pattern, including the list of current promoters and promoter group members after the reclassification, has been submitted in Annexure B.
