SBI Mutual Fund has reduced its shareholding in Nazara Technologies Ltd by about 2 percent to 6.0373 percent of the company’s paid-up share capital, according to a regulatory filing made on September 19, 2025. The change was disclosed under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
The fund, under its various schemes, sold 42,191 shares on September 18, 2025, representing 0.0456 percent of Nazara’s paid-up share capital. Following the sale, its total holding stands at 55,91,528 shares, or 6.0373 percent of the company’s equity. Before this disposal, SBI Mutual Fund held 56,33,719 shares (6.0829 percent).
The equity share capital of Nazara Technologies remains unchanged at Rs 370.47 crore, comprising 9,26,16,256 equity shares of face value Rs 4 each. Shares of Nazara Technologies are listed on both NSE and BSE.
SBI Mutual Fund had previously reported a holding of 8.0448 percent in the company on October 10, 2023.
Shares of Nazara Technologies closed at Rs 1,080.60 on Friday, down 0.27 percent within a day’s range of Rs 1,076.70-1,090. The stock has risen 3 percent over the past year, trading between Rs 834.55 and Rs 1,453 during the period.
