Samena Special Situations Mauritius offloads 0.79% stake in Dynamatic Technologies

Dynamatic Technologies shares corrected 0.6 percent to close at Rs 7,745 with above-average volumes on the NSE, continuing downtrend for sixth consecutive session.

    Samena Special Situations Mauritius has gradually been selling stake in Dynamatic Technologies since September, offloading 0.79 percent shares via open market transactions on October 29.

    Dynamatic Technologies shares corrected 0.6 percent to close at Rs 7,745 with above-average volumes on the NSE, continuing downtrend for sixth consecutive session.

    Samena Special Situations Mauritius III, which has 3.66 percent stake (2.48 lakh shares) as of September this year, sold 53,949 equity shares (equivalent to 0.79 percent of paid-up equity) in the precision engineering company, at Rs 7,712.34 per share, for Rs 41.6 crore.

    In October so far, it offloaded 1.85 percent stake. Earlier on October 9, Samena Special Situations Mauritius had sold 72,000 shares at Rs 6,800.65 per share.

    As a result, Samena's shareholding in the hydraulic gear pumps and automotive turbochargers manufacturer reduced to 1.81 percent.

    Meanwhile, 3i Infotech shares crashed nearly 10 percent to Rs 18.53, the lowest level since June 2020, with above-average volumes. Arwa Umesh sold 14.5 lakh shares in the company at Rs 18.79 per share, for Rs 2.7 crore.
